1. Information we collect
Garagaat collects information you provide when creating an account, registering as a vendor, managing a profile, making or fulfilling a booking, contacting support, or using marketplace features. This may include identity and contact details, vehicle and booking information, payment references, approximate or live service location, uploaded files, and support conversations.
2. How information is used
- Provide, secure, and improve Garagaat services and customer support.
- Connect customers with vendors and communicate booking progress.
- Process payments through configured payment providers and investigate disputes.
- Prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and measure platform performance.
3. AI-assisted support
When AI Support is enabled, relevant chat messages, approved knowledge excerpts, and server-authorized booking status may be sent to Garagaat’s configured AI provider to generate a response. Support attachments are reserved for human agents and are not inserted into AI prompts. Do not include passwords, card numbers, or unrelated sensitive information in chat.
4. Sharing
Information is shared only as needed with assigned vendors, infrastructure and communication providers, payment processors, support providers, and public authorities when legally required. Vendors receive only the booking details needed to provide their service. Garagaat does not sell personal information.
5. Storage, security, and retention
Garagaat applies access controls, private file storage, encryption for sensitive support records, rate limits, and operational logging. No system is completely secure. Records are retained only for operational, dispute, accounting, security, and legal needs; resolved AI support conversations follow the configured retention period.
6. Your choices
You may update available profile information from your account and may contact Garagaat to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some records may be retained when required for transactions, disputes, fraud prevention, or law.
